5 SIMPLE STEPS TO FIX A CRACK IN A CONCRETE FLOOR
5 STEPS:
Preparation:
– Cut along the crack’s length
– Make perpendicular cuts across crack
– Drill holes for metal staple placement
– Thoroughly vacuum all debris
📌 Proper cut depth is essential for stability
Prime:
– Apply SIBPRIMER E-100 (100% solids epoxy resin)
– Ensure complete coverage of crack and cuts
– Use brush for precise application
Reinforce:
– Install 6-8mm metal staples
– Place staples perpendicular to the crack
– Ensure proper depth and alignment
Fill and Cure:
– Mix SIBPRIMER E-100 with appropriate sand ratio
– Fill completely, avoiding air pockets
– Allow full cure time
📌 Optional: Apply reinforcement mesh for additional strength
Final Preparation:
– Apply epoxy resin coating
– Broadcast sand for proper texture
– Ensure even coverage
