This ambitious project showcases their innovative and sustainable design ethos, and we’re proud to play a role in its delivery.

3 things you need to know about the new Kuwait Airport T2:

ICONIC DESIGN
– The terminal’s distinctive trefoil design features three symmetrical wings, each spanning 1.2 kilometres, radiating from a stunning 25-metre-high central space.

SUSTAINABILITY LEADERSHIP
– Aiming to be the world’s first passenger terminal to achieve LEED Gold certification, the building combines thermal-efficient concrete with extensive roof-mounted solar panels, setting a new standard for eco-friendly aviation infrastructure.

CULTURAL INSPIRATION
– The design draws inspiration from Kuwait’s heritage – from the organic column forms influenced by traditional dhow sailing boats to the welcoming arrival sequence featuring cooling water cascades.

With our team of partner installers, we’re delivering the flooring across many areas of the new terminal using SIBEXTREME AG STYLE in a custom design, ensuring both durability and aesthetic excellence.
