The Bolton Coach House, a historic building dating back to 1878, has been transformed into a stunning multi-level residential space that seamlessly blends old-world charm with contemporary design.
This project, shortlisted for the Domestic Interiors award at the 20th annual Irish Design Awards, showcases how SIB’s innovative flooring solutions can lift high-end residential renovations.
SIBEXTREME AF FLOW proves its versatility in this unique residential application. Its smooth, seamless surface creates a perfect canvas for the interplay of old and new, providing a sleek, modern foundation that allows the home’s historic features to shine.
The flooring’s durability and ease of maintenance make it an ideal choice for busy multi-level homes, while its elegant appearance satisfies the most discerning design preferences.
The character-filled coach house is artfully combined with a minimal extension, with SIBEXTREME AF FLOW providing a smooth, contrasting surface to the intentionally created nooks and crannies.
Original industrial features are fused with polished marble, walnut, and brass, while architectural inserts are integrated into existing archways. Furniture selections balance femininity with the structure’s masculine elements, creating a harmonious blend of styles.
