This modern financial advisory office combines comfort and efficiency and won the Plan award 2020.
The bistro area is the heart of the project, a versatile space that can be used throughout the day for sharing moments of relaxation or for work activities and informal meetings between employees, managers, collaborators, partners, and customers. It is connected to the rest through the lounge area, that distributes to the auditorium and the meeting and team rooms, through a functional fluid system of paths.
The colours chosen in the project in general reflects the colours of the brand. The wood screens and panels add warmth and cosiness and provide privacy and different views between the spaces.
The comfortable armchair seats and the large natural wood tables generate a dining room feel where customers and consultants can speak in confidence and feel comfortable.
The joint free SIBEXTREME AG STYLE floors connects the spaces in this unique contemporary office space. The floor is mainly white, but in the bistro, it becomes pink and circumscribes with a rectangular shape. The same shape is repeated in the cealing, hiding sound proofing panels. The delicately pink shade is inspired by the characteristics of the Candoglia Marble, used on the cladding on the Milan Duomo, that you are overlooking from the office.
The project is a good showcase on how an architect use SIBEXTREME AG STYLE to fulfil design needs.
